How To Pay Your Invoice

Thank you for ordering with GoGet. 

 

Since GoGet pricing is based on the weight of the customers order, we utilize a CLICK-TO-PAY invoice system. This allows the customer full transparency, before the invoice is satisfied. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMER INVOICES MUST BE PAID BEFORE THEIR ORDER IS RETURNED. 

 

OUR PROCESS:

 

ORDER IS PICKED UP: After your order has been picked up, the order is processed into our wash facility. 

 

ORDER IS PROCESSED & INVENTORIED: Your order will be weighed and any additional cost items such as comforters will be counted. After this information has been entered into our system, a Supervisor will review the details for accuracy and send the customer their invoice via email. YOU SHOULD RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE WITHIN 2-4 HOURS AFTER PICK UP.

 

CUSTOMER RECEIVES SMS & EMAIL INVOICE: You will receive an email that contains a PDF copy of your invoice along with a CLICK-TO-PAY link. This allows you to review your invoice, before you submit payment. You will also receive a SMS message with a link providing you with invoice information and payment options. if you have questions about your invoice, feel free to respond to the email or SMS message with any questions you may have. 

 

 GoGet My Laundry DOES NOT STORE ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. 

Your invoice may land in your SPAM folder. Your invoice will be sent from alerts@gogetmylaundry.com

 

PAYING YOUR BILL: After you review your invoice and pay your bill, you will receive email confirmation that the invoice has been paid.
