APP LOADING ISSUES

The app is not loading my information, or I am unable to schedule service, because the "SCHEDULE SERVICE" button is not working. 

To resolve this issue, simply log out and log back in. To log out, click the icon dropdown,

and select LOG OUT.

This can be done on the HOME screen.
